Pine Glen has 31 campsites, picnic areas, cooking grills and sanitary facilities. It is located northwest of Heflin and is open year-round. Fees apply.

Coleman Lake Recreation Area has 39 campsites with water and electrical hookups. Some sites can accommodate recreational vehicles up to 35 feet in length. Seven campsites and two comfort stations are accessible to people who are physically challenged. Bathhouses and 29 picnic units are also available. A picnic shelter for up to 40 people can be reserved for a $10 fee.

Warden Station Hunter Camp provides camping and a staging area for horseback riders at the trailhead of the Shoal Creek Horse Trail System.

Carsons Riverside Campground located on beautiful Lake Wedowee.  This 10,000 acre lake supplies its own beautiful scenic view.
